What types of equipment can I rent from you?

Sound systems (speakers/subwoofers), lighting (LED PARs, moving heads/beams, blinders, strobes), DMX control, effects (smoke/haze), LED screens, and accessories — subject to availability.

Do you provide installation and a technical operator?

Yes, and this is the recommended option for professional results and safety. We can provide setup/dismantling and a technician for the entire event.

Can I rent equipment without an operator?

In some cases, yes (depending on the equipment and event type). For lighting/DMX and larger productions, an operator is strongly recommended.

How much time is needed for setup?

• Small setup: 30–60 minutes
• Medium event: 60–120 minutes
• Complex productions: 2–6 hours
Exact timing is confirmed in the offer.

What conditions must the venue provide?

Installation access, stable power supply, a safe space, and weather protection for outdoor events.
The technical area must be protected from the public and liquids.

What happens if the power supply is interrupted or unstable?

If the venue’s power is unstable, temporary outages may occur. We recommend dedicated circuits and protection; if needed, we’ll suggest suitable solutions.

Who is responsible for damage or theft?

The client/organizer is responsible for damage caused by guests/third parties and for equipment security. Any damage is assessed and billed according to actual costs.

Do you also provide delivery/transport?

Yes. Transport is included in the offer, depending on location and equipment volume.
